Client Testimonial
“A cancer diagnosis is not a crossroads we anticipate but it happens. When you or a loved one are diagnosed with cancer, there is fear, confusion and many, many ongoing questions. The learning curve is steep. Is chemotherapy imperative? How will my body react to treatments? What if I can’t manage to work? Or care for my children or partner? One thing is clear, you need support.
We have friends but our extended family is not close, so it was with incredible fortune that Angie stepped into our lives to help me and our family navigate cancer, chemotherapy and the aftermath. Angie took to this task with compassion and professional care. Her background in nutrition gave her a unique advantage of understanding the fundamental importance to a healthy, integrated diet; especially when taxed with toxins. She planned meals around my needs but also considered the family – particularly the kids who can be picky! She shopped, prepared superbly delicious meals and tidied the house. She wore many hats but her passion for cooking is what got me through the lows.
Now, from the other side, I have a deep respect for my body, its tolerance and strength. But much of my success is due to the care I had during the critical stages of cancer treatment. Angie was fundamental during this phase; nourishing my body with healthy and nutritional choices. Having her in our life allowed me to heal holistically and rest assured that we were in amazing hands. Thank you, always, always, always!“
